The Dish
“Beer battered fish & chips with tartare sauce & minted peas”, £15.00 (££)
We liked
- Fresh fish, cooked perfectly
- Thin and crispy batter
- A nice portion of minty peas
We’d change
- Too much skin is left on the fish during cooking
We also had
Chocolate Brownie (Dessert) – Very rich and a little too dry, although the ice cream and sauce were great. £6.95
Chips: Thin Chips
Peas: Mushy
Service Speed: Moderate
